The painting, in the interior of the window, is carried out with a natural or colored impregnating water-proof, anti-mold and woodworm-treated water cycle, with a flow-coating system and several transparent finishes. All paints used are at low environmental impact.
In Aluminum-wood windows and doors are used exclusively ELIOS solid woods of choice and of various species; they are pre-treated with impregnating protective against mildews and molds that make them perfect and unalterable. The essences are: Cherry, Oak, Ash, Toulipier, both natural and dyed. The aluminum alloy AA6060 hardening T5 and the thermal cut is obtained through the insertion of little bars polyamide with 25% glass fibers and the rolling pressure of the two profile, with the latter with teeth knurled to give assurance to the sliding longitudinal and allowing the right rigidity.
The painting operations carried out on our products, in particular on the inside of the window frame, as regards the systems Aluminum-Wood and PVC-Wood, are carried out with impregnating varnishes, the substrate polyester, anti-mold, woodworm and finishing transparent coats.
